Move (Physical Connection)
Parent and child participate in simple, fun movement and fitness activities designed to release stress, promote teamwork, and build positive energy. Exercise becomes a way to connect, not compete.
Share (Emotional Connection)
Once a week, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor leads a Mental Health Wellness session focused on strengthening family connection and emotional well-being. Topics include emotional regulation, social skills, coping strategies, conflict resolution, and substance abuse prevention. These sessions equip parents and children with practical tools to communicate effectively, manage stress, and build resilience together.
Grow (Spiritual Connection)
Each session closes with a short devotional and encouragement rooted in biblical principles of love, grace, and perseverance. Families leave inspired to carry those truths into daily life.
