Discover a transformative journey for you and your child at The Wellness Crossing, a unique collaboration between The Culture and Walk by Faith Counseling. Our program is a faith-based bonding program where parents and children grow stronger—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—together. Offered as a monthly subscription, families can participate consistently and flexibly, reinforcing healthy rhythms of movement and connection throughout the week.

Move (Physical Connection)

Parent and child engage in simple, fun movement and fitness activities designed to release stress, promote teamwork, and build positive energy. Exercise becomes a way to connect, not compete.

Share (Emotional Connection)

Our program prioritizes emotional growth through weekly counseling sessions led by licensed therapists. These sessions focus on strengthening family connection and emotional well-being. Topics include emotional regulation, social skills, coping strategies, conflict resolution, and substance abuse prevention. These sessions equip parents and children with practical tools to communicate effectively, manage stress, and build resilience together.

Grow (Spiritual Connection)

Spiritual development is woven throughout our program, with faith-based teachings designed to encourage spiritual maturity and foster a strong sense of community. Each session closes with a short devotional and encouragement rooted in biblical principles of love, grace, and perseverance. We believe in nurturing the soul alongside the mind and body; families leave inspired to carry those truths into daily life.

Faith & Family Fit: Building Stronger Bonds from the Inside Out

Subscription-Based Program — $250/month

This subscription provides access to Walk By Faith’s wellness program, which includes up to three exercise-focused group sessions and one mental health session per week.

Note: Walk By Faith Counseling’s wellness program is a separate service and is not dependent on, bundled with, or contingent upon any gym membership, services, or fees associated with The CulTure. Participation in The CulTure gym or its programs is optional and billed independently.

Payment & Coverage

Faith & Family Fit is a private, cash-based wellness program and is not billable to insurance. This allows families to participate freely without the restrictions of diagnosis-driven care. For those seeking individual or family counseling, Walk By Faith Counseling offers separate clinical services that may be covered by insurance.

Families who wish to pursue clinical counseling services that may be covered by insurance can do so through Walk By Faith Counseling, which provides licensed mental health and substance use treatment.

Program Overview

Faith & Family Fit is a fun, faith-based bonding program where parents and children grow stronger—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—together. Offered as a monthly subscription, families can participate consistently and flexibly, reinforcing healthy rhythms of movement and connection throughout the week.

Program Details

  • Sessions: Three 30-minute fitness sessions per week
  • Parent Child Power Hour: Thursday includes an additional 30-minute Mental Health Wellness session led by a Licensed Mental Health Counselor
  • Location: Inside The CulTure Gym — Walk by Faith Counseling’s second location
  • Audience: Parents and children ages 8–16
  • Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 6 PM
  • Cost: $250 per month (subscription-based)
  • Flexibility: Parents may bring their children as they see fit during their active subscription

Led By

A Certified Fitness Coach and Licensed Mental Health Counselor collaborate to create an engaging experience that blends movement, mindfulness, and faith. Each session helps families strengthen their bodies through guided exercise and deepen their relationships through meaningful discussion and short devotionals.

Why It Matters

Aerobic/Strength Training activity plays a vital role in mental and emotional well-being. Research shows that consistent movement can enhance focus, impulse control, and emotional regulation—especially in children and adolescents managing ADHD, anxiety, or stress. For parents, shared physical activity provides natural opportunities to model self-care, perseverance, and faith-based resilience. Strong family bonds and genuine connection remain among the best protective factors against emotional distress and unhealthy behaviors. Faith & Family Fit equips families to grow closer, communicate better, and live healthier—body, mind, and spirit.
